🔬 60-minute 1:1 skincare consultation via video
We begin by reviewing your skin, current skin condition, previous skincare experiences, existing products, and what you would like to achieve with your skin.

🧴 A complete customised skincare routine
A simple step-by-step routine with products selected specifically for your skin and goals – including both your morning and evening routine.

📖 Personal explanation of your product recommendations
You will receive a detailed explanation of why each product has been selected, which ingredients support your skin, and how each product fits into your overall routine.

✨ Bonus recommendations to optimise your skincare
Additional personalised recommendations that can help take your skincare routine to the next level – without unnecessary products.

🔄 Follow-up and adjustments throughout the program
You receive 2 follow-up 1:1 video consultations whenever needed, the opportunity to ask questions along the way, and adjustments to your routine as your skin’s needs change.

How does the process work? 📅

1. Before the consultation

After your purchase, you will receive a questionnaire within 24 hours covering your skin, current products, skin history, and goals.

2. During the consultation

We meet for a 60-minute personalised video consultation where we dive deeper into your skin and determine the best approach for your specific needs.

3. After the consultation

Within 1 week, you will receive your personalised skincare routine including product recommendations, an explanation of your selections, and a simple step-by-step guide.

Afterwards, we will continue to follow up and adjust your routine as your skin evolves.

Why choose my skincare guidance? 🧬

I combine my background in pharmaceutical science with specialised knowledge of skincare and cosmetic ingredients.

I hold a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Design and Engineering from DTU, am a certified Skincare Coach, and have completed training in evidence-based skincare through, among others, Harvard Medical School and Olay.

My approach is based on science, research, and an understanding of skin biology – not quick trends or unnecessarily complicated routines.

The goal is not to give you the most products. The goal is to give you the right routine for your skin.

Right of withdrawal and cancellation policy

Your session is scheduled and prepared only after you have completed the questionnaire sent to you by email following your purchase.

As long as you have not yet completed and submitted the questionnaire, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal and receive a full refund.

By completing and submitting the questionnaire, you request that the service begins and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will expire once the service has been fully provided (your consultation has taken place and your customised routine has been delivered).

If you cancel after we have started the process but before the service has been completed, we may retain an amount corresponding to the work already performed.

This reflects the exception under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(a), regarding service contracts that have been fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent).
