Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Skingineer (Ida Bisbo) offers personal services and digital content — a 1:1 skincare consultation, a customised skincare routine, and a free skin-type guide. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so this policy explains your cancellation and refund rights for services and digital products purchased through our online store.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day your order is confirmed, without giving any reason — except where one of the limited exceptions below applies.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision before the 14 days expire, by email to ida@ibnordica.com. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you are not required to. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Free "Find Your Skintype" guide

This is a free digital download delivered immediately. As there is no payment, there is nothing to refund. By downloading it, you agree to immediate access.

Customised Skincare Routine (digital content made for you)

Your routine is created individually for you, so we only begin the personalised work after you complete the intake questionnaire we email you following your purchase.

• As long as you have not yet engaged with that questionnaire, you can withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.
• When you start and submit the questionnaire, you are expressly asking us to begin, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once we begin creating your personalised routine. From that point the purchase is non-refundable, because the work has been carried out specifically for you.

This reflects the exception in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), digital content not supplied on a tangible medium).

1:1 Consultation & Tailored Routine (a personal service)

We schedule and prepare your session only after you complete the intake questionnaire we email you following your purchase.

• As long as you have not yet engaged with that questionnaire, you can withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.
• When you start and submit the questionnaire, you are expressly asking us to begin the service within the 14-day period, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided (your consultation has taken place and your routine has been delivered).
• If you withdraw after we have begun but before the service is complete, we may retain an amount proportionate to the work already carried out.

This reflects the exception in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(a), service contracts fully performed with prior consent).

Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal is accepted, we will refund you using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Problems with your order

If something isn't right — you can't access your guide, your booking link doesn't work, or your routine wasn't delivered as described — contact us at ida@ibnordica.com and we will put it right.
