1:1 Consultation & Customised Skincare Routine

What is it? 🔬

You get a 60 minute 1:1 video consultation, with me, Ida - Skigineer, pharmeceutical engineer and skin care professional. During the consultation, we go through your skin, your challenges, and your goals. After the session, I customize your skin care routine with product recommendations and a simple step-by-step guide, so you know exactly what to do and why.

Who is it for? 💌

It's for you, if you want clarity and results with your skincare - whether you're new to skincare or already have a routine (that is maybe not fully optimized for you). It's perfor for you if you are unsure about what products to use, find that your current routine isn't working optimally, or if you have specific skin concerns you want to address.

How the process works 📅

1. Before: After you've placed your order, you'll receive a short questionnaire within 24 hours to fill out about your skin, routine, and challenges.
   
   
2. During: A 60-minute in-depth 1:1 video call about your skin, your history, and your goals for your skin and skincare. We go through all your questions together.
   
   
3. After: You'll receive your personal skin care routine within 1 week, including product recommendations and a step-by-step guide, with the option to ask follow-up questions.

You get advice based on science, evidence and experience - not trends. I'm a pharmaceutical engineer from DTU, a trained Skincare Coach, and I have training and certifications in evidence-based skincare from Harvard Medical School and Olay to mention a few.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Your product is prepared after you complete the questionnaire emailed to you after your purchase:

As long as you have not yet engaged with that questionnaire, you can withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.

When you submit the questionnaire, you have committed to your personalized service within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends.

This reflects the exception in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(a), service contracts fully performed with prior consent).
